A: What shipping method do you provide?

We offer FREE DELIVERY door-to-door for the customers all over the world and have three shipping way by air (super fast, normal and slow) and  door-to-port by sea at this moment.

 

1) Super fast express:Faster shipping (1-3 working days) & Reliable tracking. Highly Recommended - Select DHL if your budget is allowed and you need it extremely urgent. 

2) Faster express: Fast shipping (3-5 working days) & Reliable tracking. Highly Recommended - Select FedEx/DHL if your budget is allowed 

3) Normal express:  Normal shipping (5-10 working days) is the cheapest air shipping way- If you have enough time

4) Ocean shipping: slow shipping(around 30days), much more economics way for big orders

B: How fast do you ship my order?

 Once we received your confirmation Artwork and full payment, we’ll start rushing with your order and ship out within 2-14 working days(Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Orders without any printing, goods will be ready for collection from our office or dispatch out the next working day. 

 

C: Is my product ordered will be ready & delivery exactly on time schedule stated?

Although the products we displayed are currently all in stock and ready for imprint logo. However, some product ready stocks are limited and need some time to restock. For delivery schedule, the time frame shown is for your knowledge only. Actual delivery will differ due to time zone, weather and technical issue. However, need not panic as our admin will follow closely for each order you placed. You also can talk to us on contact us and email us sales@zkprinting.com

 

D: How long does it takes to receive my order?

It depends on where you stay. Kindly refer below:

**Note: Transit time is base on working days which exclude saturday & sunday. 

E: How do you calculate the shipping rate and delivery time?

For DHL, we use their official system to rate our shipping cost & delivery time. Relax and be safe as DHL is one of the largest courier company that delivery goods internationally.

 

F: I made a typo error or submitted the wrong shipping address. Can I change?

In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1-2 working days right after imprint logo has complete with your ordered. If typo error/wrong shipping address is submitted, please contact us a.s.a.p. and let us know your correct and complete shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee anything. If we haven't ship your order, we still can edit your shipping address. But if we already shipped your order, it's too late and we cannot do anything by then.
